Our team is glad to present to you some suggestions of excursions by minibus that will give you the opportunity to discover and enjoy Paris, the French provinces, and some other European locations.
Professional and multilingual chauffeurs-guides will pick you up at the Raphael and drop you off at the end of your visit.
All the minibuses are air-conditioned and can fit 8 passengers.

the Venus of Milo, the Victory of Samothrace and the Mona Lisa painted by Leonardo da Vinci. You will then be free to visit the other parts of the world’s biggest museum.
This will be followed by a one and a half hour lunch-cruise on the Seine.
The excursion then carries on in the afternoon for a visit of Notre Dame Cathedral.

Enjoy lunch in the outdoor setting of “La Flotille” restaurant overlooking the Grand Canal.
In the afternoon you will be taken on a guided visit of the Petit and Grand Trianon followed by the Queen’s Hamlet.
Return to the Château and take time to admire the statues in the gardens and buy some souvenirs.

Giverny

Monet’s house, American Art Museum Everyday except on Monday, departure at 1:30 PM, duration 4:30 hours, Rate 82 € Closed from October 31st, 2006 to April 1st, 2007 Visit of Monet’s home and gardens, famous for their water lilies, as well as his workshop, the pond with the famous Japanese bridge, and the picturesque world of this Impressionist painter.
Visit to the American Museum before you return to Paris.

Loire Valley Castles

Rate 183 € (summer) Discover the “Loire Valley”, cradle of the French Renaissance and visit its jewels :
the fabulous Chateau of Chambord, built to be a royal residence, Cheverny (visit of the furnished castle).
After lunch (included) in Cheverny (Restaurant du Golf or hotel saint-Hubert), discover the charms of the Chateau of Chenonceau and its enchanting gardens (guided visit).

Mont Saint-Michel

Surrounded by dangerous moving sands, linked to the mainland by a dike, this “Marvel of the Occident” is unique in the world.
After a “brunch” at Carrouge Castle (summer) or on site (winter), guided visit of the Abbey built on a rocky islet, which was principally a major cultural and pilgrimage centre during the middle ages.
You can admire the ramparted Gothic monastery superposed over the centuries, and in particular, the remarkable cloister and refectory.
Free time to climb up the famed steep-sided narrow streets.

Departure: from 7.00 am on Tuesday and Saturday.

Travel through Normandy as far as the Pointe du Hoc, well-known for the assault of the heroic Rangers. Free time to visit.  Then onto the American Cemetery in Colleville, where 9386 soldiers are resting, for an emotional visit. In 2007 a new VISITOR CENTER has been created to commemorate the operations of June 6th 1944.You will also discover the bloody “Omaha Beach” and have time to spend some moments on it before lunch.  Lunch is served at the “Ferme de la Rançonnière” (13th century) in the village of Crépon.  In the early afternoon, you will see the ruins of the Arromanches’ artificial harbour (built by the Allies in less than 15 days). 
We suggest you then see the film “The price of Freedom” at the cinema Arromanches 360. This exceptional 20-minute film on 9 screens in a circular room combines library shots that have never been released and were taken in June 1944 by war correspondents, with current shots taken in these same places where peace has been restored.  Finally, you continue along the coasts of Gold and arrive at Juno Beach. Guided visit of Juno Beach to explore the remains of the Atlantic Wall before returning to Paris.
