Within a 25km radius, you can take your pick from 50 beaches, 30 villages, 6 fishing towns and yachting marinas, over 100 tennis courts, 45 holes of golf, many kilometres of footpaths, cycle paths and bridle paths, and a huge choice of great restaurants.
How to get there :
By car : Exit the peripherique ( ring road ) at “Porte de Saint Cloud” and follow Nantes - Bordeaux road sign to reach the A10 Motorway.
By train : Several daily direct TGV trains are available from Paris-Montparnasse to la Baule (morning trains leave at 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM). The duration of the trip is only 3hours. Return direct trains are also available daily (10:05 AM - 12:02 PM - 5:30 PM, etc). The price for a round trip ticket in First Class is roughly 250 € (better rates are available for non exchangeable tickets).
By plane : The closest airport is “Nantes-Atlantique”, located 70 KM from La Baule. Several flight are available daily from Paris.
